Interior Design Business-in-a-Box - coming soon!

LAUNCHING MONDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER - Early Adopter Pricing!

START YOUR BUSINESS NOW... Ready to stop second-guessing and start designing?

You may know how to be a designer. But when it comes to launching your interior design business - to being an entrepreneur -  it’s hard to know where to begin.

What do you offer? Who do you tell? How do you price it?

It feels like you need a business degree just to get started...and that’s where Interior Design Business in a Box comes in.

It’s your shortcut to momentum: a plug-and-play toolkit that helps you set up a real, working interior design business with confidence, clarity, and zero faff.

No more stalling. No more trying to invent everything from scratch.

So many new designers get hung up on their own perfectionism: start offering services now - learn as you grow.

Who It’s For – and What It’s For

If you’re a newly qualified interior designer, you’ve probably noticed something already:

Design school taught you how to design – not how to run a design business.

And when it comes to launching your studio, the overwhelm is real. There are a thousand decisions to make, and no obvious order to make them in. You second-guess everything. You try to build something ‘perfect’ before you feel ready to show the world. And in the meantime, the thing that matters most – practising your craft in the real world – gets postponed.

Interior Design Business in a Box is your way out of the stall.

It’s a ready-made business scaffold designed to get you trading fast.

You’ll receive a structured roadmap and plug-and-play templates to begin offering design services professionally. Scripts, pricing examples, client forms, social media kickstarters… everything you need to move from hesitation to momentum.

And, along with your classmates, you'll find live support in the Hothouse group - answering your questions and keeping you motivated.

What you'll get:

Your 90-Day Action Roadmap – weekly steps to launch your studio now, not someday.

Business Foundations Pack – services, pricing, branding, payments, DIY website, compliance basics.

Marketing Jumpstart Kit – Instagram bio, post prompts, website copy, and more.

Client Communication Toolkit – emails, scripts, proposals, and onboarding.

Organise Your Studio – folder structures, coversheets, systems to work like a pro.

Mindset Boosters – confidence guides, imperfect action trackers, and rally cries.

Templates & Canva Goodies – service menu, Insta posts, welcome pack, fee proposal...in fact all the key documents to administer your business.

AI Tools & Hacks – as you'd expect in any of my programmes, you will be encouraged to outsource as much as possible to AI systems, with advice on how to do this.

AND...

Hothouse Community Access – ask questions, get support, stay motivated.

Because you don't need to be polished to begin. You need to begin to get polished.

Business in a Box is about building your confidence, building your experience, and building your business muscles in the real world. Fast.

DISCLAIMERS:

The philosophy of Interior Design Business in a Box is start with minimum viable product - if you wait until everything is perfect you will never launch. That means, start now, polish later, once you have market feedback on the viability of your proposal. At some point you'll have to jump - probably before you feel ready. If you expect perfection before you start, this is not the course for you.

The course name-checks low-cost and free digital tools and platforms, e.g. Canva, and Squarespace. Interior Design Business in a Box does not include software training. Each of these apps and systems is highly intuitive: the ability to adopt and self-train on new systems is a core business skill in the 2020's.

You will need to organise and pay for your own professional insurances - the course will include information on what is required.

Any legally-binding contracts and documentation should be checked and approved by your lawyer before use.

This course is based on interior design practice in the United Kingdom. You may need to make small adjustments to comply with regulations and systems in overseas jurisdictions.

Finally: Business in a Box exclusively covers business skills, strategies, and organisation; it does not cover design practice and tradecraft. It is assumed that you already understand the design process, are appropriately knowledgeable, and are up to speed with the skills and methods required to competently deliver the services you plan to offer professionally.
