🚀Hothouse launches in January🚀
Hello and Seasons Greetings!
I said I’d be in touch with more information about Hothouse - I know you’re busy 🎅 so I’ll keep it as short as possible.
Hothouse is a business accelerator for interior designers. In January, Hothouse officially opens its doors, and I couldn’t be more excited to share what’s in store.
Success doesn’t happen by accident: it is planned, prepared for, and pursued.
In Hothouse, we focus on ONE specific improvement at a time – overcoming your no.1 business-limiting challenge - your BLC. The weakness that, once improved, will pay you over and over again in benefits.
It might be marketing, client management, systems and processes, financial management, or even mindset and confidence levels. Don’t worry - we’ll figure it out and deal with it. That’s the whole point.
We won’t have dozens of goals – just one targeted challenge. That’s because intentional change in just one small area of practice is much more likely to stick. That’s not to say there aren’t other challenges competing for the number one slot, but we'll work through them one at a time.
🚀 My Challenge for 2025: Growing My Mailing List
Here’s my challenge for 2025: growing my mailing list. My goal? To have 1,000 names on the list by the end of the year. Every month I'll report in on my current strategy, my related activities for the month, and how it's going.
This challenge matters to me because relying on third-party platforms to communicate with clients is risky, and staying in touch with people who value what you offer is the backbone of growth. My plan includes consistently showing up, delivering valuable resources, networking, Meta advertising, and making it easy for people to subscribe.

At the end of January we’ll post updates as a group. It’s our first progress check – I’ll share my results too. Each month we will report in and share progress towards that month's goal, for the entire year.
🧑🎓New Designers: Mid-Month Q&A
Are you newly graduated and unsure where to start with your business? Join me for a live Q&A session, specifically for newer designers launching their careers in 2025.

Bring your questions, challenges, and ideas. This is your space – ask anything and get support as you take those first steps! I will also monitor general chat in the group to look for recurring themes to fuel our discussion.
📌 Bootcampers’ Board Meetings (VIP)
January brings two VIP-only live meetings just for Bootcamp graduates:
📅 Friday 3 January - 9.15am | Kick-Off Board Meeting – Start the year strong.
📅 Friday 31 January - 9.15am | End-of-Month Accountability – Reflect, refine, and reset.
These meetings are for designers who’ve completed the Bootcamp. If you’re a Bootcamper, these are your moments to connect with peers at a similar level, to collaborate on business planning, and share progress. BBMs will happen once a month.

Confidence Clinic – Boost your mindset with this monthly confidence-building session. We’ll start recording our confidence levels so that we can monitor these throughout the year, this is with the aim of growing in confidence - we’ll discuss how to do this in the first session.
As you may know, I'm a heavy user of AI systems in my business, and I regularly share AI hacks, click through to my YouTube channel (link below) to watch the two latest (short) videos. AI will feature regularly in Hothouse too.
Monthly Themes Begin – Each month, we’ll feature a guest expert.

Like going to the gym, growth is so much easier (and more fun) when you’re part of a supportive group. Hothouse is free for all of 2025 – so invite your interior designer friends and let’s grow together.
