4. 💌 Service Isn’t a Performance - It’s a Commitment
If there’s one idea I’d love every interior designer to absorb from June’s focus on ultra-high-net-worth clients, it’s this:

Luxury sales isn’t about manipulation or performance. It’s about emotional fluency and trust.
Drawing on Will Guidara’s book 'Unreasonable Hospitality', we see how success at the top end isn’t about over-delivering for applause. It’s about sincere, consistent, anticipatory care.

5. 📝 My Week in Hothouse

I’m off on holiday next week! 🌊 I haven't had so much as a weekend off so far in 2025. But I’ve scheduled posts for Instagram and LinkedIn while I’m away - next week's four posts will be the start of a fresh push on LinkedIn.
It’s nearly the halfway point of the year, and although I’m behind on my mailing list target, I'll use the quiet of summer to reignite my marketing engine.
NB There’ll be no newsletter next week – I’m switching off properly, but I’ll be back the following week with fresh energy for Q3.
