š Journaling: My Week 2 Progress
I have just uploaded my Week 2 journal entry to the group. Honestly, this practice promises to be a game-changer, it keeps my focus sharp and prevents me from drifting for weeks at a time.
It feels raw, and I often wonder how it looks from the outside (my starting numbers are very low) but itās incredibly powerful for keeping my goals on track, and I have faith that the numbers will grow throughout the year. I highly recommend you try it, and if you do, please feel free to share to the group.
