Most designers build their systems backwards.
They take on a client, discover they need a fee proposal, and make one. They reach Stage 3 and realise they have no clear way to present materials and finishes. They finish a project and send a handover email held together with good intentions. Over time, a practice accumulates documents - but documents are not a system.
They don't talk to each other.
They don't reflect a considered understanding of what each moment in the client relationship is actually trying to do.
White Label Studio is built the other way around.
It starts with a question: at every point in the client journey, what is this communication actually for? What is it trying to do to the client's knowledge, their emotional state, their behaviour, or the permanent record of the project? The answer to that question shapes everything: the content, the tone, the timing, and the design of every document that passes between a practice and its clients.
That organising principle is called the Intent Framework. It is the intellectual backbone of everything in White Label Studio, and it is what makes this a system rather than a collection.
WHAT IT IS
White Label Studio is a complete, rebrandable operational system for interior design practices.
It covers every stage of the design process - from the first enquiry to the post-project review - with the video instructions, the client-facing documents, and the behind-the-scenes operational templates to run each stage properly.
Everything is structured around the RIBA and BIID best practice. Each stage of the design process becomes a module in the course. Each module gives you the context to deliver that stage with confidence, and the tools to do it.
You don't build from scratch. You put your name on it and begin.
THE COURSE
A module for every stage. A system for the whole practice.
Each module of White Label Studio covers one stage of the design process. Within each module, you get three things:
Video content - how to deliver this stage: the systems and processes, how to run the client through it, what to do when things go wrong, and why each element is structured the way it is. The course doesn't just hand you templates; it builds the understanding that lets you use them well.
Client-facing document packs - professionally designed, available in InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint, in both screen and print aspect ratios. These are the documents your clients see: proposals, presentations, onboarding materials, snagging packs, post-project reviews. Key copy is already written - not as placeholder text, but as considered, professionally crafted language designed to do real work at each stage of the client relationship. Designed to be rebranded and made entirely your own. You add the details relating to your design studio.
Back-office operational templates - in Microsoft Word and Excel. The instruments behind the scenes: fee calculation tools, project Gantt charts, procurement schedules, briefing questionnaires, timesheet templates, order management documents, estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and more.
Together, they constitute a complete operational framework for a professional interior design practice.
THE STAGES
What's covered, and when you'll use it:
Pre-Practice Foundations - brand positioning guidance, key messaging for client attraction and self-selection. The groundwork before the first client appointment.
Stage 0 - Discovery - lead qualification, discovery call checklists, and the How We Work pack: the first professional impression your practice makes.
Stage 1 - Feasibility and Briefing - the fee proposal, your Onboarding Pack & Welcome, brief-taking tools, and brief sign-off. The stage where scope is established and the relationship is set.
Stage 2 - Concept Design - the Concept Presentation deck, Indicative Budget Presentation, scheme sheets, and client approval. The most significant creative moment in the project, supported by the right materials.
Stage 3 - Spatial Coordination - Developed Design Presentation, Materials & Finishes Presentation, and Stage 3 approval gate. The stage where decisions become commitments.
Stage 4 - Technical Design - the Full Project Investment presentation, and tender pack. The most financially exposed moment in the client journey, handled with the rigour it demands.
Stage 5 - Build - weekly client update templates and site management tools for the duration of the construction phase.
Stages 6 and 7 - Handover and Post-Project - practical completion walkthrough materials, snagging list with version control, photography permission forms, maintenance and care pack, and the post-project review. The documents that close the project properly and generate the referrals that begin the next one.
PLUS: PROCUREMENT
A complete, standalone procurement management system for both Agent and Principal models, with estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and overarching project mastersheet.
THE CLIENT-FACING DOCUMENTS
Nine professionally designed document packs. Yours to rebrand.
The client-facing materials in White Label Studio are being professionally designed to a single, cohesive visual standard - editorial, considered, and built to reflect the quality of the work they accompany.
- How We Work
- Fee Proposal
- Onboarding Pack & Welcome
- Concept Presentation
- Indicative Budget Presentation
- Developed Design Presentation
- Materials & Finishes Presentation
- Full Project Investment
- Handover Pack
Each pack has a defined primary intent - it knows what it is for. The copy reflects that. A concept presentation and a full project investment document require different registers, and the difference is intentional.
Every pack is available in three formats: InDesign for practices working with a designer or comfortable in Adobe software; Canva for maximum flexibility; PowerPoint as a universally accessible alternative.
The design system is yours to rebrand. Your logo, your colours, your typography. What you receive is the architecture, the content (minus your bio and practice-specific details), and the production quality. What you bring is your practice identity.
THE BACK-OFFICE INFRASTRUCTURE
Behind the nine client-facing packs sits an equally complete set of operational documents: the tools that enable a practice to run with consistency and rigour. These cover every stage of the workflow, from initial lead qualification through to post-project review.
The course includes a dedicated procurement track covering the topics every practising designer needs to understand. This is a working overview of the landscape, not a substitute for professional advice. White Label Studio is not produced by a solicitor, and any documents you adopt into your practice that form part of a client contract should be reviewed by a solicitor before use to ensure they are appropriate for your specific circumstances.
There is also a lesson on folder architecture - a suggested file management structure for a design practice that reflects the logic of the workflow rather than the accidents of how files tend to accumulate.
WHO THIS IS FOR
White Label Studio is built for independent interior designers who are running a real practice - or building one - and who are ready to operate it with the rigour the work deserves.
It is not a beginner's guide to interior design. It assumes you know how to do the design work. What it gives you is the professional infrastructure to match.
It is particularly well suited to designers who:
- are early in practice and building their operational framework for the first time, and want to do it properly rather than improvise it retrospectively
- have been in practice for some time but are aware that their systems have grown piecemeal, and want something coherent and defensible in their place
THE OFFER

Your systems aren't your back office. They're your business.
The documents your clients receive, the process you run them through, the rigour of your approval gates and your scope management - these are not administrative details. They are what separates a practice that grows from one that stays stuck.
White Label Studio gives you the complete infrastructure to build the practice you are capable of running.
